The School is run by a senior management team, led by Head of the School Romualdas Kondrotas, who take personal responsibility for every aspect of the smooth day-to-day running of the institution. This includes teaching and counselling, student and staff welfare, financial management, administration, and much more.

Self-governing of the School is implemented by the School Council, representing the students, the teachers and the parents, and the Teachers‘ Council, consisting of the school administration, all the teachers working at the School, healthcare personnel, the psychologist, the social pedagogue, the tutors, the librarians and other persons directly involved in the education process. The School council is the School's highest self-governance body that accounts for its activity to the members of the School community. The Teachers' council is a standing school self-governance body dealing with teachers’ professional and overall education issues.
